Vino Tinto de corte Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon y Syrah
The name of this wine is the aboriginal word for the fruit of the Cardon Gigante. This giant cactus presides over the vineyards in the austere, stony terroir of our winery in Maimara, Jujuy.
Pasacana has a great personality. It is a blend of predominant Malbec grapes and touches of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah with intense aromas of dried fruit, plums and spices that burst in the glass. This dark red, almost black, wine is robust, full bodied, with a notable balanced acidity, typical in the high altitude wines Our grapes grow at 2500 meters (8200 feet) above sea level in one of the most pristine and healthy corners of the world. The unique character of Pasacana develops during the 18 months aging in first use French oak casks.
